Founded in 2017, The HOW Conference has been bringing together an incredible mix of women in business—from entrepreneurs and small business owners to corporate leaders, executives, sales professionals and nonprofit changemakers. 

This is a room filled with women who want to grow, lead, connect and make things happen. They come from across Minnesota, and beyond—with some flying in and making The HOW Conference part of their professional development for the year. 

Our boutique conference experience combines powerful speakers, real-world ideas, Signature Strategic + Structured Networking, meaningful conversations and plenty of energy and fun. 

You’ll meet women outside your usual circle, hear perspectives from different industries and walk away with new relationships, fresh ideas and opportunities to take action. 

And while we're proudly a women’s business conference, a few good dudes join us too. Men who champion women, invest in their success, sponsor, support and believe in Helping Others Win.
