Whether you've paddle boarded many times or this is your very first experience, you'll be in good company.

Your morning will include: 20-minute devotional while floating peacefully on the water 45-minute guided paddleboard movement experience time to connect before and after the paddle.

Paddle board, paddle, and life jacket provided.
