Description

This 45-minute faith-centered flow focuses on restorative stretching, gentle strengthening, and devotional reflection. 

This event invites us to slow down to create space to breath & meditate on God's word, all set along the shores of Lake Minnetonka. 

After the flow, we'll enjoy some nourishing bars (provided by Rawr bar), have a faith + wellness raffle, and time for community connection.
