Statement of Faith

By submitting this membership application, you acknowledge that you have read and subscribe to the following Statement of Faith, as outlined in the MN Christian Chamber of Commerce Bylaws.

Members of the MN Christian Chamber of Commerce trust in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior (John 14:6); seek Godly Wisdom in partnership with the Holy Spirit (Proverbs 9:1, Colossians 1:9-10); and present our businesses to God as an act of worship both in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24).

• The Bible - We believe that the Bible is the divinely inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the foundation for faith, practice, and truth, providing guidance for living a life that honors God.

• The Nature of God - We believe in one true and living God, who is eternally self-existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator, Ruler, and Sustainer of the universe, all-knowing, all-powerful, and ever-present.

• Jesus Christ - We believe in the full deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, and His sinless life on Earth. We affirm His miracles, His sacrificial death on the cross as the atonement for the sins of mankind, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His promise to return again in glory.

• Salvation - We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Eternal life is found only in Him, and through His sacrifice, we are reconciled to God and there is no other way by which mankind can be saved.

• The Holy Spirit - We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who dwells within every believer. The Holy Spirit empowers us for service, sanctifies us for godly living, and gives gifts for the edification of the church.

• The Church - We believe that the body of Christ, the Church, is called to live in unity and partnership with one another through the Holy Spirit. As believers, we are to be a testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ in word, deed, and love, spreading His message of salvation to the world.

• The Resurrection and Judgment - We believe in the resurrection of the dead and the final judgment. Believers will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ to receive rewards for faithful service, while unbelievers will face the judgement, where eternal separation from God will be pronounced for those who rejected Him.

For Automatic Monthly Membership Renewal Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions ("Terms") regarding the automatic monthly membership renewal. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with the automatic monthly membership renewal.

1. Membership Renewal: By opting for the automatic monthly membership renewal, you authorize us to automatically charge your designated payment method on a monthly basis for the membership fee associated with your account.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the automatic monthly membership renewal, you must have an active membership account with us and provide a valid payment method. By providing your payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Payment Authorization: By enrolling in the automatic monthly membership renewal, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable membership fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel the automatic renewal.

4. Membership Fee: The membership fee associated with your account will be clearly communicated to you at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to change the membership fee at any time, but we will provide you with reasonable notice of any such changes.

5. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle for the automatic monthly membership renewal will typically be every 30 days from the date of your initial enrollment. The specific billing dates may vary slightly due to weekends, holidays, or other factors.

6. Cancellation and Refunds: You have the right to cancel the automatic monthly membership renewal at any time by contacting our customer support or accessing your account settings. Cancellation requests must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the current membership period.

7. Payment Failure: If we are unable to charge your designated payment method for any reason, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment information. Failure to resolve the payment issue may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms relating to the automatic monthly membership renewal at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website or notifying you via email or other means of communication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

9. Termination: We may terminate the automatic monthly membership renewal at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In such cases, you will not be charged for the subsequent months unless you manually renew your membership.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and the automatic monthly membership renewal shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the provisions outlined above regarding the automatic monthly membership renewal.

Membership Participation Agreement

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions ("Terms") regarding your membership with the MN Christian Chamber of Commerce ("MNCCC"). By becoming a member of the MNCCC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with the membership application.

1. Membership Eligibility: Membership with the MNCCC is open to individuals and businesses that align with the mission and values of the MNCCC and support its objectives. Membership eligibility may be subject to review and approval by the MNCCC.

2. Membership Dues: As a member of the MNCCC, you agree to pay the annual/monthly membership dues as determined by the MNCCC. The membership dues are non-refundable and must be paid in full within the specified timeframe.

3. Membership Benefits: As a member of the MNCCC, you will be entitled to the benefits and services offered by the MNCCC, which may include networking opportunities, access to resources and educational materials, participation in events, and promotional opportunities. The MNCCC reserves the right to modify or change the membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

4. User Registration and Information: Members shall fill in the correct information requested in the user registration form on the site. The member shall select a username and password during the user registration process. The member shall be responsible for all use of the site made by the members’ username and password and shall hold that confidentiality of that information.

5. Code of Conduct: As a member of the MNCCC, you agree to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all your interactions and activities related to the MNCCC. You will conduct yourself in a manner that upholds the values and reputation of the MNCCC and will not engage in any behavior that may harm the interests of the MNCCC or its members.

6. Termination of Membership: The MNCCC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or refund of membership dues. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, failure to comply with the Code of Conduct, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the MNCCC or its members.

7. Confidentiality: As a member of the MNCCC, you may have access to certain confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, and member information. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the MNCCC.

8. Intellectual Property: The MNCCC retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including but not limited to its name, logo, trademarks, and copyrighted. You agree not to use the MNCCC’s intellectual property without obtaining prior written permission from the MNCCC.

9. Limitation of Liability: The MNCCC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your membership with the MNCCC, including but not limited to any loss of business, profits, or data.

10. Indemnity: Member shall indemnify and hold the MNCCC (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, join ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Members breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party

11. No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiserfranchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

12. Amendments: The MNCCC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the MNCCC website or notifying you via email or other means of communication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and your membership with the MNCCC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the United States.
